By using M-ListDrop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What M-ListDrop provides

Free digital product starter kits: product files with a draft title, tags, description and sample mockup images. A kit is a starting point for your own product, not a finished listing. Each kit is offered to one seller and then replaced.

What you may do with a kit

• Change the files, text and images into your own design, then list and sell that version in your own shop.
• Keep everything you earn. We take no fee or share.

What you must do before you list

• Make real changes to the product itself, so the design is your own work.
• Make your own mockup images and write your own listing text.
• Disclose the use of AI tools where the marketplace asks for it.

Marketplaces such as Etsy only allow items based on the seller's own original design. A kit listed without changes may be removed by the marketplace.

What you may not do

• List a kit as it is, without changes.
• Give away, resell or share the download files as they are, or offer them as a template pack.
• Claim products through automated tools, or take more than the site allows.
• Use the site to break the law or the rules of any marketplace.

Products are made with AI tools

Our products are created with the help of AI tools. Marketplaces may require you to disclose this. You are responsible for disclosing it and for following every rule of the marketplace where you sell.

No guarantees

Products and guides are provided as they are. We do not promise sales, income, search ranking, or that a marketplace will accept a listing. Guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Your shop is your responsibility

Marketplaces make their own decisions. M-ListDrop is not responsible if a listing is removed or a shop is limited, suspended or closed, or for any loss that follows.

Your posts

You are responsible for what you post in the forum, requests and reviews. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anyone else's private information. We may remove posts and block misuse.

Copyright and complaints

We make our products ourselves and aim to use only fonts and graphics we are allowed to share. If you believe something on M-ListDrop copies your work or breaks a rule, tell us what it is and where, and we will review it and remove it if needed. Post a question in the forum and we will reply there.

If your use causes a claim

If you break these terms or a marketplace's rules and that leads to a claim against M-ListDrop, you agree to cover the resulting loss.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, M-ListDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its products.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
